The Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 has no support from Intel anymore some OEM’s may carry updates that are more suited than the direct packages that originally came from Intel. Below are drivers from Windows XP to 10. Windows 10 with the latest updates install drivers for this device.

I have a Thinkpad X200 with Intel GMA 4500MHD onboard graphics. As of 2018, it seems that Intel is no longer supporting this card and there is no official driver available for Windows 10 on the Intel website. The generic driver provided by Windows does not support hardware 3D acceleration despite the card having OpenGL 2.1 capabilities. Windows 10 will install a generic driver that can display only 800x600 32bit color. There is no Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 Series driver for Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. If you install the Windows 7 driver, Windows 10 crashes right after login and there is no way to fix the error even from safe mode.
